These people were so amazing from checkin to checkout. Very genuine and hospitable. They all were attentive to our needs and extended lots of helping hands. The rooms were amazing with an amazing view. Right in the heart of shopping and getting around. They offer complimentary shuttle service to things in the area and a free canal cruise pass. Radisson Red usually get poor reviews. This was our first stay and we really enjoyed it. We did not "upgrade" our room and it was a good size with plenty of closet space and places to put our luggage... granted one suitcase was on the table, but there was plenty of space on the table. Bed was excellent. The only minor downside was the HVAC was inconsistent, but not uncomfortable. Breakfast was exceptional. This is the best Hotel in cape Town. The location is perfect just in the best area of Victoria and Alfred Waterfront. It is a beautiful and very convinient hotel. We loved our room and the special welcome gift. Everything was perfect. The best breakfast I have ever had in any hotel, they had champagne every morning and a delicious full breakfast. We also had dinner several times and the food fantastic. The staff were great and very kind and helpful all the time. We spent a wonderful week there....
