"Pool was closed. Breakfast was minimal. The parking lot light is ridiculously bright outside your window. My toddler thought it was daytime at 1am. Pillows and bed were also not that comfy. Needs a vacuum and outside shrubs needs trimmed so it doesn’t look abandoned"

"We went in our room, went to put something in the fridge, the door fell off. That was the first sign. Broken cabinet doors, drawers that don’t shut and come out on their own, AC had crap all in it, probably never cleaned, the chairs in the room were full of stains and a torn cushion that was just flipped upside down to try to hide the tear. Went to take a shower and it sounded like you were going to break right through the tub. Only reason we stayed our first night was because it was late and we had a baby that needed to sleep. We didn’t stay our next night and checked out early to go to a different hotel. "

"Our door had a gap in it and wouldn’t lock properly. Anyone could push the door open. Smallest bathroom I’ve seen at a motel. No staff on duty, you have to call someone to get into your room. Felt like I was staying at the Bates Motel."

"The rooms were satisfactorily clean. We saw cleaning staff regularly cleaning parts of the building. Staff were courteous and friendly. We had brought our dog on this trip and the only time he wasn't allowed with us was during breakfast which is reasonable. Otherwise he could be with us while we used the atrium area which is nice, spacious and bright. It got pretty warm in there in the afternoon sun, but I enjoyed it. The pool table and air hockey table is a pay and play and didn't look like all the pieces were there. We played with the ping pong table and had a good time. The pool was a good size."
