“This was our first time staying at a hotel that wasn't staffed. We thoroughly enjoyed it. The accommodations were very modern. Plenty of hot water. Easy access to both train and bus stations. “Room wasn’t cleaned so also no tea/coffee/water replaced. Called reception and replacements promised within 10 minutes - never arrived after an hour so had to re request. No clean cups or spoons. Two power cuts first night with no answer to an Expedia message. Hotel was extremely dated and it is never a 4 star room and the receptionists all lacked basic pleasantries/communication skills. Much prefer Llechwen Hall stays. Golf course looked nice though”

“The hotel could be amazing but unfortunately it is now dated and needs to be refurbished. The standard twin room does not have an overhead shower and the room was dated and shabby. There was no bottled water as stated either. The room was also very hot and they do not provide fans as standard.
