"Wish we had been able to stay another night as we loved this place so much. It's in such a beautiful spot with spectacular views over the bay. Reception staff were all so friendly and welcoming and we had a fantastic dinner in the on-site restaurant that night with great customer service too. Worth noting, there is a fairly long and steep hill to the shops/cafes/restaurants in the town so if you had mobility issues that may be a problem (unless you were driving)."

And a special mention goes to the friendly resident dog, who will happily greet you upon arrival and is always up for some scratches! The accommodations are comfortable, well-maintained, and provide a peaceful escape into nature. If you’re looking for a serene getaway with unbeatable views and warm hospitality, Alkantmooi is the perfect place to stay. Highly recommend!"

"The property stated that there was a reception open from 7am-9pm. There is not. They were supposed to send me a message with the code for the key box. They did not. The security there were very kind in helping us contact them as the number on the site was wrong. There was no power the night we stayed there. Not at fault of the property but regardless this and the check in process left us not having the night we were hoping for. Also there was no laundry detergent if you are planning to make use of the laundry. The positives is the beach. A short walk there is the beach where we watched dolphins surf the waves."
