Breakfast was terrible. Hotel was very full so long wait then very limited food on offer. Hardly any cooked food, no juice, no fruit and they even ran out of bread at one point. We were told hotel was too full for them to cope.

Very modern hotel. Good value with a plentiful breakfast. Hot or cold. Discount available for parking nearby. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Would otherwise have been acceptable for the price, less than other typical local offers from the other chains. But broken sink tap (hanging off sink), broken door security latch, very noisy plumbing in ceiling, room a bit smelly (due to mechanical ventilation and sealed windows?).

The parking is far from the hotel. I was charged £34 for parking even though the receptionist tokd me i don't have to pay for parking upon arrival. It was a terrible experience.

I would say that the check could have been better. The receptionist didn't explain about the need to use the key in lifts. Also, when we got the room a cleaner said that the child sofa bed was broken. Hence we had to move to a different bedroom. That aside, our experience was overall a positive one with nice, helpful staff, a gym and plenty of choice at the breakfast table. And a nice downstairs area to relax/drink in the evenings.

Spent the night sleeping on the floor as it was more comfortable than the broken sofa bed with a mattress that was made entirely of springs and akin to sleeping on a bed of nails. Tried the hotel 'restaurant' for our evening meal only to find the only thing on the menu was pizza. As I'm lactose intolerant this meant my family had to roam the streets looking for something to eat. Upon explaining how atrocious my nights sleep or lack of sleep was due to their inadequate facilities I did get told they are "sorry". Sorry for torturing their guests with such misery.

I checked out within 30 minutes of checking in having been provided with a room that was in no condition for anyone to stay in. I won’t be going back.

Great stay
I had a great stay here. The staff were so accommodating. I was attending a conference the following day, and this was an excellent location for me to manoeuvre around Birmingham.

hotel and room looks tatty and looked tired. my room had lots of marks and stains on walls and carpet and i had a disabled shower!!! Also if the hotel is being used to house certain groups of people it should be communicated at booking.

Had issue with electric. Quickly resolved and given a new room. Was on 9th floor and had to to use stairs when checking out as all lifts were full.

Snow hill hotel.
The snow hill is our go to hotel every time we visit Birmingham. It's close to the city centre. Quiet. Comfortable and friendly helpful staff. Definitely recommend to friends and family. Thanks again to all staff at the snow Hill.

Stayed overnight with a friend to attend a concert. Staff was helpful and I slept well. The place was clean and I enjoyed breakfast.

The rooms are not very clean. I was given a room on 5th floor. The couch in room had dirty stains all over it. The bathroom was dirty. I had to change my room to the top floor 19. The outside area was clean dining coud be a little bit better with more variety of food. Juice was waterless. Staff were okay

Sofa bed for kids not comfortable but room clean enough. Breakfast was practically sold out and had to wait for a table. Good location for shopping

Great value, helpful staff, lovely clean room
Stayed for one night after theatre trip. Reception were so helpful, gave us a map to walk to venue. Booked in later on return, no problems at all. Slept well, lovely and clean. Great shower and complimentary shower gel shampoo etc. hairdryer, tv, ironing board all available. Just great value and great staff. Breakfast was perfect, good choices. Would definitely stay again

When I checked in I was early arrived at 1pm . I was checked in without a problem .Thank you.. Only one problem was the lift on the far right would not work with the key card . Frustrating when your not used to using it for the first time

Not pushchair friendly had to carry the pram up and down the stairs to get to the lift. Wanted some milk for the room took so long I had to abandon that idea. Sofa bed was uncomfortable. Room was not spacious enough for a family of 4. Noisy neighbours that kept waking my baby up at night.
