An amazing resort! The staff is friendly and accommodating. The rooms are rennovated and among the cleanest rooms we have ever stayed in. The dining options are good. Leticia at the bar was so friendly and provided great service! Very quiet. Beautiful scenery. We hope to visit the resort again during the summer.

Great Resort
The Renaissance is amazing property, from the decor to the food, beds and the views. The Spa is comforting and very accommodating.

Just okay
This place is going down hill, I used to live around corner and go there to eat and spa all the time. This time I was there on business. It was dirty, the trays left outside the door would be left for hours no one to pick them up. The food was awful. They used to have the best onion rings- gone. The only thing good was the morning oats at the coffee shop…. The spa was great. Very clean, the massage therapist amazing.

Beautiful
My husband and I were very impressed with the beauty of the hotel and grounds. The rooms were large and comfortable. The balcony view was very nice. The only disappointment we experienced was having a wedding party take over most of the common areas during the course of the weekend, and the very loud music from the wedding at night. Also, I did not know there were major renovations, taking place which distracted from the beauty. The community the hotel is located and is very nice and has so many amenities!

The pool with a slide was a gem for our family. Beautiful grounds, wonderful staff. We relaxed pleasantly and uninterrupted.

Disappointing
Hotel was very clean- our room was clean as well! We were disappointed in the overall customer service experience. For such an upscale place, attention to detail and friendliness/customer care was really lacking. Because of that, I wouldn’t recommend this place. I’d rather spend my money elsewhere!

When the fire alarm went off, we barely heard it. It would be a good idea to turn the volume up. I can’t imagine the lawsuit if someone died in a fire because the alarm was not audible in every room. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you.
