After I checked in and paid my bill for the room, once into the room, there was a horrible mold smell, which my wife could smell but I couldn't due to loss of smell during covid. We hesitated for a few minutes what to do, then from the adjoining room was the horrible smell of pot being smoked. At that point, we went back to the desk to report all this and that we wanted our money back, and they refused. They said we had been in our room an hour. We had not been "in the room" an hour - because a lot of the time since check in was spent taking our driving around to the building, and taking all our luggage upstairs and down the walkway to the room. The condition of the Travel Inn was horrible. I've never seen such a horrible motel in all my days. Broken concrete steps, walkways, pool area a total mess. The Travel Inn should be closed down by the county for being in such a bad condition.

There was nothing I like about the place. Coffee maker, no coffee. No running water in the bathroom sink. Cable TV o ly two channels to watch. This is not a hotel or motel, this was hell. I wouldn't recommend this place to my enemies.

Room was very outdated, bedding was very dirty, stained up ,outdated beds. Cigarette burns. I will say that it looks like they are in the middle of remodeling the entire property so I can't be too hard on them but maybe let people know upfront

No Ice Machine WiFi didn't work, most the plugs and outlets didn't work. They didn't wash the sheets from the last guest. Sheets were full of holes from Cigarette burns in a none smoking room. Add says Continental Breakfast. Not so. I needed accessability for my wife as she had a knee accident and we were there real early and they could not help us. They said they would get us close to the stairs so we didn't have to walk so far. They put as the absolute farthest away they could. Tub did not drain. By the time we got done showering we were half way to the knees in water. The staff did seem to very friendly.

There was feces smeared along the walls on the outside of the building. The whole place was clearly falling apart, and altough it's being worked on and renovated, it's in awful condition. Very smelly.

I originally was not going to leave a review but now my body is covered by some type of rash! This place is totally disgusting. I have no idea how the health department has not stepped in. The sheets were dirty the floor was disgusting the rug all torn up the ceiling falling apart and no hot water. Here are the pictures of the room I was given. the staff was okay until the guy with the glasses snapped and said “ so here we do things differently. You are not allowed any guests or visitors unless they register with us here. If we see any visitors with out registering going to your room you’ll be asked to leave and refund will be issued”

It was so absolutely disgusting we did not stay 10 minutes. Expedia was less than helpful as well. There were black handprints all over the walls. Slime on the floor. Cugarette burns on the dirty blankets.The door didnt shut all the way. The list goes on but the slimey floor had me running out.

This place needs condemned.
Front desk gentleman was absolutely amazing but other than that there is nothing positive to say. This place is run down, should be condemned. It's disgusting and did I say disgusting!!!! No hot water, walls are coming up from floor, beds are protected with mattress and box spring protectors, floors were nasty, walls were nasty, beds were nasty, lighting was very dim in rooms, rinked of smoke even though it was non smoking rooms. The front desk gentleman/clerk or manager whoever he is deserves a better place to work than this. If he is the owner I sure hope he moves on from this trap hotel to better because he has an amazing skill of customer service even though he didn't value my approved and appropriate discount. Wish I had gotten his name.

The bedding and linens was very bad. There was a lot of various broken things - lights shower rod, handles in bath tub, chips and nicks on furniture, pot holes in parking, HVAC unit needed cleaning very badly, Safety latch on door broken, window curtain broken. left over gum stuck on shower wall. I only stayed one night. Good choice of TV channels, desk clerk was friendly

In the first room the door was broken and the heater didn’t work. In the second the room didn’t look like it had been cleaned in the last decade, the sink didn’t run and the shower was cold. Only saving grace was the gentleman at the front counter doing his best to fix it. Didn’t have the heart to keep complaining when he was obviously doing his best.

The room was fine for what you pay for, with some minor complaints. Toilet seat was broken off the commode, hot water heater was non functional, and a mutilated stink bug crawled out of the shower drain mid shower. The stairs are dangerous in that the top step slopes downward. Very noisy, but I didn't feel unsafe or anything. My biggest issue lies in my return trip. My reservation was not honored as they "ran out of rooms," so I was left stranded after an 8 hour drive. Very disappointing considering I had booked this dump a month in advance and they basically sold my room. Fortunately Sonesta had plenty of rooms and a much more inviting property. I will not be using Travel Inn again.

This is one of the most disgusting places I have ever been. Mold on the walls, wall paper falling and bubbling over rotting Sheetrock. Carpet and furniture was filthy. There was hair on the pillow cases and stains on the sheet. I needed a place to crash after driving 6 hours and arriving around 11pm. The only good thing I can say was the staff was polite when checking in.
