โ Staff was top notch. Nice renovation of 3 ancient factories. My wife said she wishes the floors and walls were thciker due to noise transmission, I didn't notice. The bathrooms are very nice, the large king bed could have been more firm for us. The roof top bar and the BBQ restaurant are crazy good. Very walkable, bagels across the street. โ
โThe atmosphere was electric. Super friendly staff, very helpful. Food was awesome. First time ever in a casino and it was a ton of fun. I could see why someone could get caught up in whole gambling thing. Staff was very helpful. We will come again when we have more time to stay longer. โ
โNice clean family friendly hotel in safe area. We found we had to drive to get to restaurants. Was cool to visit the State St division between VA and TN about a 10 minute drive away. The middle of the street has little gold markers here and there between the yellow lines to designate the two states so you can straddle them. There were a few restaurant/bars and antique shops. Most places were not open on Wednesdays which is when we were there. The area felt safe, but not touristy. โ
โPleasantly surprised for the price how clean and nice this hotel was. The only downside I can think of is the pool is not heated and was very cold. โ
โAfter a long day on the road this hotel was a welcome relief. A very nice young woman checked us in and even gave us alternate directions for when we left which we did take and are very glad we did. Our room was clean and quiet. We appreciate the room darkening shade and coffee pot. We used both! Water pressure in the shower is great but the tub floor is a bit slippery..be careful.โ
