The Barn, close to Copley, Bishop Auckland. Safe, quiet, well appointed double bedroom, single storey property.
Nicely decorated with a modern kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, electric oven, induction hob, extractor fan and microwave. Beautiful shower room with two shower heads and heated towel rail.
Living area has table and chairs, two seater settee and a single tub chair. There is also a two seater patio set, a large stove, TV and clothes rack.
Unfortunately there are no wardrobes in the bedroom but there is a clothes rack in the living/dining area. There is also bedside cabinets and wicker baskets under the bed.
There are French windows which open onto the patio to the rear of the property which gets the afternoon sun.
