It was exactly as described. Don’t expect too much but the staff was nice, room was clean and there was late night food and a McDonald’s close by. We used the airport shuttle, it is not free.

I left the car in the open exterior parking for half an hour while I was doing the check-in and I was given a fine a week after. No information was provided by the hotel stating that the parking could not be accessed. The floor on the common areas was absolutely sticky (the good point about it is that, at least it was non slippery :) ) The breakfast was mediocre.

Easy thing access from STN with an affordable shuttle that departs frequently. 24 hour desk service for those cheap late night/ early morning flights. Bed comfort is Ok. Breakfast is well stocked with a full English and warm pancakes/croissants with both gluten free and vegetarian options available.

Clean, quiet and super comfy in a Premier plus room. Staff very friendly and efficient. Great for one night stay close to Stansted airport - convenient shuttle bus 4 pounds every 30mins to the airport. Would definitely stay again.
