"Love location, lobby beautiful. Rooms have a lot of room for improvement which is expected with the age of the hotel. They are making improvements but it’s taking time. Beds were comfortable this time. Parking should be free in parking garage."

"The facility was fine for a 1 night stay. It was peaceful and quiet with a great view of that part of lake Hamilton being right next to the water. The bed was not the most comfortable and felt and sounded like the mattress had some type of plastic cover and the sofa had an aged looking fabric pullover cover, guessing actual cushions must be really poor shape. Also, not used to having to wash dishes we use when booking on “hotel” site. Staff was very helpful when I had to contact them about WiFi."

"Breakfast was stocked even though it was busy. Check in was easy and desk clerks were friendly. Room was clean, air worked well. Pool was open and clean. "

Being steps away from the historic bathhouses, local shops, and various restaurants makes it an ideal base for exploring the area on foot. The property has been recently renovated, featuring modern rooms and a welcoming atmosphere supported by a friendly staff. ​The onsite restaurant provides a quality breakfast with pricing that is consistent with standard hotel expectations. While the shower grout could have benefited from a more detailed scrubbing to remove some minor mold buildup, the room was otherwise very nice and comfortable. Overall, the combination of updated amenities and an unbeatable location makes this hotel a great choice for a stay in the city."
