Our only disappointment was the pool what overwhelming with extremely loud and rough-housing kids. We just wanted a few quiet minutes in the hottub but that was not possible with the commotion around us.

It was clean. Air-conditioning works great. The one downfall is you have to request for them to clean the room. I found that out the hard way. The pool and hot tub was fabulous.
