"My experience was a mixed bag the check in was terrible. Check in couldn't find my reservation booked with expedia several months in advance. Wouldn't give me my room for the 2 night stay. Then asked me to go find their manager to take care of it. After a long day of travel this was very stressful and took almost an hour to get my room. They blamed Expedia and said I shouldn't book with them. Definitely did not take any responsibility for the situation. Jim at check in was rude and unhelpful.
The rest of the staff were great and the hot tub and pool were lovely."
"Very nice location right next to the lake. Room was clean and comfortable, definitely a good spot to stay. Somewhat close to a lot of other cities and locations in Montana - makes a good home base. Locally run and not corporate makes it very appealing. Great stay."
"Racheal was very accommodating and friendly. She took care of a few of our concerns and made us feel comfortable and welcomed - we have been coming to Big Arm for the last 5 years and we are already confirmed for next year too.
Love it there ! See you next year !

Econo Lodge Inn & Suites Kalispell - Glacier National Park Gateway
8/10 Good
"This hotel was a decent place to stay for the price, especially considering it was one of the more affordable options outside of Glacier National Park.
The room was clean.
There were a few downsides. The lighting in the room was awkward. The overhead fixture was dim. It seemed like the property might be in the middle of updates, since there were spots where wall sconce lights used to be. Also, the walls were very thin, so we could hear everything from the family in the room next door. The air conditioner kept the room cool, but it was quite noisy.
The complimentary breakfast was mostly of carbohydrates like cereal, muffins, and bagels. Overall, it wasn’t a bad stay, but it felt a little expensive for what was offered. Yet, being that close to Glacier National Park comes at a premium. So, if you are looking for a clean, budget-friendly-ish option near Glacier, it gets the job done, but don’t expect much."
"Outside looked tired and pool closed but inside was newly redone and very clean. No Shampoo in room and no packets at front desk so bring your own. Pool was not swimmable but for 1 night simple stay location was good and room was clean."
