"My experience was a mixed bag the check in was terrible. Check in couldn't find my reservation booked with expedia several months in advance. Wouldn't give me my room for the 2 night stay. Then asked me to go find their manager to take care of it. After a long day of travel this was very stressful and took almost an hour to get my room. They blamed Expedia and said I shouldn't book with them. Definitely did not take any responsibility for the situation. Jim at check in was rude and unhelpful. The rest of the staff were great and the hot tub and pool were lovely."
