“No one to greet you upon arrival. Extremely rude gentleman at front desk!! Beyond rude! Went to bar and unable to get a cocktail. Bartender said they only offered their drink of the night. (Green frothy mixture). Husband wanted an old fashioned. Was told that was not an option. ??? Not very impressed”

“The room was wonderful, very clean. The staff was fantastic, made our stay even better! The view from our room was great and the food was spot on! Thank you for a wonderful time - definately recommend staying here.”

“First time staying at the hotel as I normally stay in Inverness when visiting on business. Only about 20-25 mins North of Inverness and easy to access. Friendly welcome from the reception and was taken to room by the staff. Room modern and looks to be recently revamped so it was spotless. Had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant and both times staff were friendly and food was good standard. Will use the hotel in future when in the area.”
