Busy hotel in the centre of Blackpool. The hotel is lovely and the staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast this morning was superb with plenty of food choices available. Plenty of entertainment options in the hotel as well as a wellness and spa facilities. We paid extra for secure car parking behind the property as there is no on street parking.

Nightly entertainment was convenient and fun. Staff were very efficient. Spa was terrific. Miss the hair dresser but got referral to another salon. Poor internet service in room, had to use lobby to get connection. Easy check in and check out. Porter to help with luggage was an asset. Would return again!

The twin room was spacious enough; however, it could do with a little sprucing up. The staff, breakfast, and shows are excellent. I highly recommend staying here, and we will return.
