Loved everything about this place. great location, nice big room, clean and tidy. The staff were great and the amenities excellent. My only recommendation is sorting out the noise with the plumbing - it sounds possessed!

Clean and located right next to a Tesco and some local veg/meat shops to cook in the kitchen. Beautiful, leafy and quiet area near both the district and Piccadilly lines. Kensington high street a short walk away. AC available in the rooms and great to have a laundry on site. Staff is so helpful and friendly!! 3rd time there, won’t be the last!

We had a 2 bed 2 bath suite for 16 nights and really enjoyed our stay! heaps of public transport around! a Tesco just at the corner and 2 minute walk from airport national express drop off. Nice balcony suite on 10th floor with fantastic aircon which was very welcome during this current heatwave. Good substantial breakfast and staff always replenishing items as they run out. One lift is out of order but it did not impact too much on our stay and we were very kindly granted an extra hour past normal check out. Have stayed here four years in a row for our Wimbledon visit and will definitely be returning again.

Bed was comfortable, staff helpful and friendly. Floor 4, where our room was smelt a bit stale, needs some fresh air. Breakfast was a bit disappointing, certainly the hot food, bit overcooked on some items but the pastries made up for it.
