"We were disappointed in our view, overlooking roof tops. The WiFi service was not the greatest! Our breakfast at their restaurant was lousy, cold. But we didnt come in til 10:30 & they close at 11. Maybe our fault!"

"The young lady that checked me in was very sweet and welcoming. She explained breakfast times and took the time to writer her name on the key sleeve in case I had any questions. Rooms are very spacious and clean. I would have enjoyed a view of the Space Needle but, there’s always next time. Room was comfy and cozy. They have extra pillows and blankets in the closet for you as well. And breakfast was great. They had different offerings during my 3 night stay. Normally I don’t have breakfast at my hotel but I do recommend. They have luggage storage available in case you want to roam the town before your flight. Thank you Hyatt team. I enjoyed my stay."

"The host was there to greet me and showed where everything was. The building is quite hold but the designers optimized space and existing infrastructure. The kitchen setup for breakfast was one of the better ones I’ve experienced. Fresh croissants and muffins from the local bakery were a hit. Looking forward to another visit."

"Loved the over water balcony and the view. Our ship docked right outside our balcony could almost get on it. Could walk to all the waterfront restaurants and shops and walked to the port to board the ship for the cruise. The room was quaint with its wood frame bed and very comfortable mattress. Great stay!!"
