“We were to check in at 4pm and we had booked three rooms. When we reached there, the check in was quick. When we reached the room, two rooms were great, but one had a strong moldy smell. We reported this to Naven at the reception right away. He was very helpful and showed us three more rooms, but all of them had strong moldy smell. We finally found a room that did not have any odour, but we had to settle for a single queen bedroom, instead of a double queen room that we had booked. We asked them...
