The room was very nice with comfortable bedding. Though something was wrong with the heater in the lobby, it was freezing, and they couldn’t ring up food purchases, there was no offer of compensation. They gave me COLD coffee, and they knew it was cold. There was a buffet with food, but I think it was some kind of package with the room. They did not offer me a plate to get some-what the heck! The desk person in the am was not friendly at all, with no apologies given for the heat/ food status.
