We have gone here multiple times with our dogs. The staff remembered us and were so kind. They went out of their way so that we could get the same room each time so our dogs were familiar with the “scent” of the room. By the third time we visited they were very calm and relaxed. It made the stay so much better!

The place is nice, the staff is super helpful. The only issue is that the staff tends to smoke right in front of the building. Our room was right off the front and while the building says, smoke " 10 feet from the building" that did not seem to be the case.

This hotel seems to have a bad mold problem. My room smelled really moldy and I heard other guests complaining that theirs did too. The staff was really nice and helpful, though.

Our room smelled of smoke, the shower had mold around the ceiling, the ice maker in our room didn't work, the pool was closed, and the channel lineup sheet was not correct. This place was a hot mess. Jeff was very friendly and helpful at the front desk but at one point we sat in the lobby hanging out and watched a lady wait for over 20 minutes for sometime to come back and help her. We will not stay here again.

Nice room with all the appliances you need to do some cooking. Did not use anything but coffeemaker but husband did note there was only one small coffee cup. Full size shampoo conditioner and body wash in shower no tiny hotel bottles. We liked the set up and would book again. Great value.

Very pet friendly, clean. There aren't any eating options in walking distance but if you have a car, it's very close to lots of good places. I will be staying here everytime I visit my college kid. I found our place! Highly recommend.
