They cancel the boats if the sea is rough at all. The waves looked small to us, but there wasn't any boat tours the day we went.

Don’t waste your money. Paid for an excursion there and then waited for the boats to return. Tha5 is an additional €8 for a 20 minute ride. Had to teudge back up the hill and thebus was basically ready to go. Very didappointing.

Make sure to wear a jacket. The ferry ride gets quite chilly and windy!
