There is no breakfast; however, the property is very close to the major shops and restaurants in Grace Bay (also to the biggest grocery store). The staff is very friendly and check in on you daily, asking if there's anything they can improve on. I saw concerning comments about the hotel surroundings, particularly about safety. I did not feel any concern. The front of the property is in the heart of Grace Bay; the back side and back are surrounded by natural vegetation and construction sites—nothing to be concerned about. My point for improvement is the building's overall maintenance. It seems the lift has not been working for a while. For a 3-star hotel, I think they deliver enough. There are no hidden fees or surprises. All the information was included on the booking post. Overall, I am pretty happy with the stay. To the management: improve the maintenance, and your hotel will be a rockstar."
