โNicole is great hospitality manager and Alex, Claire all the stuff so attentivei caring solving any issue you have. Hotel has great atmosphere historical. There are hot drink free of charge avaliable all day plus when you arrive before 7 pm back to hotel proseco vine and visky is offered for those who drinks. Hotel's bar restaurant cowboy is also great menu staff atmosphere. Great location in the heart of Denver city. Free parking. If I ever travel again will stay in Urban Cowboy again. โ
โNice historical atmospherical building, rooms and furnitures, modern restrooms and showers, a lot of nice places to chill, to read, to have contacts. Free coffee, house organized events. The best hostel I experienced so far!!โ
โThe lighting in the suite was terrible. Most of the switches did nothing. Every light had to be turned on manually except for the light behind the TV in the dinner area. The hotel itself was clean, but not what I expected. Outside was in a semi dangerous area. There were many homeless people on the side of the building. But once you got inside, it was nice.โ
โBeen going for past 50 years. Everything about the hotel is fine except for one glowing disrepancy. Charginf $63 for overnight parking is outrageous. When one is paying that much for a room, a parking fee like that is an insult, a poke in the eye. There is no way the cost is justfied, even if it is a "third party" parking concession. That's enough to keep us from coming backโ
