"Beautiful hotel. Stunning property. Friendly staff. One important point to mention, if you have a nut allergy make sure to say no peanut oil as they use it in most dishes but can replace with olive oil. Also check all dishes, as I found that even some not indicated with “N”, when asked do contain nuts.. even the spaghetti bolognese. "
