Love this hotel. Have stayed there many times. However, this time the room we were given really needed some TLC. Bathroom needed several items repaired. Baseboards, towel racks, tile floor…we will definitely stay here again just hope the room next time will be the standard we have been used to.

Heather who called to confirm our reservation was wonderful and the lady in the coffee shop the morning of 1/19 was delightful and her drinks were delicious. On the other hand, The heat in the room didn’t work and required a visit from engineering. The bedding wasn’t sufficient for a cold night… ...

Hilton Beachfront Resort & Spa Hilton Head Island
Our room was very comfortable and clean. We had an ocean view room and it was amazing looking out at the sunrise and sunset. The desk staff were very warm and friendly and knowledgeable. The valet staff was excellent, especially Joey and Charles.
