Quando fiz a reserva optei por fazer o pagamento no hotel. Para minha surpresa, 4 horas antes do horário inicial do check in o hotel acionou o pagamento no meu cartão de crédito, o que é totalmente irregular considerando que optei por realizar o pagamento no estabelecimento e na moeda que desejasse, conforme descrito no momento da reserva. Logo em seguida, nova comunicação de compra no cartão de crédito por um sistema de pagamento de SP (compra não autorizada no valor 3.980,00), o que me levou a cancelar o cartão. Chegando no hotel o recepcionista não soube explicar o ocorrido e que o gerente não estava. No dia seguinte uma funcionária explicou que um sistema de pagamento era responsável por essa cobrança, que não sabia o que havia acontecido mas que a gerência entraria em contato comigo. Aguardei durante a estadia e não houve explicação. No checkout, disseram que iriam entrar em contato mais tarde, o que não ocorreu. Além disso, no primeiro dia nos colocaram em um quarto em que o box do banheiro não vedava, acarretando muita agua em todo chão do banheiro. Não havia toalha de rosto e nos cantos do quarto havia sujeira acumulada. No segundo dia, após reclamação nos colocaram em um quarto sem problemas. Mesmo para um hotel simples faltam cuidados básicos!

O hotel é um pouco antigo, mas isso eu já sabia, pois pesquisei antes. A tv do quarto não funcionava, e o quarto era bem simples e pequeno. O atendimento foi ótimo, atendimento cordial, e nos ajudaram com a questão das malas antes do check-in e no checkout.
