โThe location was excellent except that it was far from the city center and there were few amenities around the hotel. I was able to take a comfortable rest in a clean room with a panoramic view. Especially from the subway station, the hotel is less than 30 seconds walk away.โ
โGood location for exploring Vienna. Easy access to public transport etc. The apartment had everything we needed. Excellent communication about how to find it and get in. Absolutely no complaints, recommended!โ
โWe stayed here for two nights, very lovely clean room, fully equipped. Breakfast is an option if you like but we didnt decide on it.
The beds are comfy and the rooms are very lovely. Heads up if you plan on travelling into Vienna on a Sunday, the bus only stops once an hour and last bus is at 7pm so later you would need to take uber we also didnt know coming back into the hotel late in the evening that on Sundays the bus doesnt stop at the hotel bus stop after a certain time instead it turns...
โMy stay at Raphael Kaiser was fantastic. The room was spacious and clean, and I could easily contact customer service anytime. The location was great, with tourist attractions nearby, and it was just a 5-minute walk to the tram and train stations. If I visit Vienna again, I'll definitely choose this accommodation.
