We had a great time staying here, we spent 3 nights with our almost 2 years old baby and the staff were amazing and super nice and helpful. A special thanks to Quinn, she went above and beyond for us and was extremely helpful booking our tours from the hotel. Bicycles are available for free use in the entrance. I will absolutely stay here again when I visit Phong Nha

Love this quiet place

We loved the courtyard and our room walked out to the pool and sitting area. The staff are great they picked us up and dropped us off at the bus station free of charge. Breakfast is included and delicious and the manager speaks great english and is very helpful and knowledgeable.

The staff are very friendly, attentive and doing their best to assist with any needs. We had a good dinner there. In general, the breakfast is sub standard, and nobody seems to really know what is included. The one day out of four where there was a breakfast buffet, it was acceptable.

Very friendly staff and good service, helping with laundry, motorental etc. Bikes at your free disposal. Some of the rooms are noisy from the road and hang out area, request a room farther away. Without the rooster from next door waking me up every night at 4am the review would be several grades better.

Staff were excellent before and during our stay. They helped us with arranging our pick up from Dong Hoi, early check in, trip to the caves (excellent) and onward travel arrangements. Room had everything you needed for a pleasant stay and it was quiet with a comfortable bed. Fabulous omelette for breakfast too!

Rent og pænt og fin seng. Jeg havde dog et stoppet afløb og lidt problemer med det varme vand. Værelserne er ikke lydtætte, og det er ret generende at der står lokale mænd og spiller billard lige uden foran ens værelse kl. 7 om morgenen og højlydte gæster til morgenmad. Morgenmad er middel.. jeg oplevelse insekter og myrer i min pho.. ikke det protein jeg havde bedt om, haha. Personalet er derimod meget søde og hjælpsomme!

Un bel hôtel pratique avec seulement 12 chambres. La piscine est très bien et grande, mais nous n’étions pas dans la saison chaude pour en profiter. Les chambres sont propres, mais la propreté des tables et des chaises dans les espaces communs laisse à désirer et sont rarement lavés. L’odeur d’égoûts nauséabonde dans la salle de bain est présente surtout en soirée, mais si on laisse la porte fermée en tout temps c’est mieux. Bon petit déjeuner Nous n’avons pas aimé l’odeur du feu en permanence, j’imagine qu’ils font brûler du bois peut-être pour repousser les moustiques, mais cela sent toujours le brulé .

1泊2日の洞窟ツアーの前後に利用しました。 ツアー後は、服も靴も泥だらけだったので、部屋についているパティオのシャワーで泥が落とせたのは、助かりました。ツアーの後に、プールでカラダを伸ばせたのも良かったです。 スタッフはみな勤勉でプール掃除なども頻繁に行っていました。また、朝一番の電車に乗るため、朝食が取れない私たちに急遽バインミーをつくって持たせてくれるなど、ホスピタリティ溢れる対応をうけました。夕食も3人で5品とビールを頼んで600,000ドンと手頃な価格でした。
