โExcellent hotel. Extremely clean & comfortable . Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff, they made our trip more interesting with their advices & tips about the city. You could rent mopeds from them. Arranged rides to the city nights market and helped with day trips bookings to James Bond Island, Phi Phi island, and to the Turtle sanctuary. โThe location of resort and room is so beautiful and romantic. We really loved it and itโs the perfect setting for relaxation.
Only downside is no bar and is in a Muslim area but getting a taxi is no problem if you want a non halal meal close.
The staff are so friendly especially Mr Annon (excuse my spelling) he is great host. YNWA!โ
โI have been trying to get a refund since January 31, 2021. When I booked my room it said free cancelation, I tried to cancel and the hotel kept all my money. Expedia said that they don't answer the phone so there is nothing that they can do. Worst experience ever, never booking with them or expedia again. โ
โThe hostel was super clean and comfortable. They allowed us to check in early. It smelt amazing, the staff were super helpful. Room was spacious clean, shower was powerful. Bed was a little hard but we liked that. Allowed us to leave our bags before our pickup. Great location. โ
