“We booked a queen bed with a sofa bed sea facing. We did not get what we paid for. we got a queen bed and blow up matress on the floor!!Claustrophobic room tiny bathroom barely able to sit. Or squeeze into the shower. Staff definitely tried to make up for managements lack of room assignments. The private beach area is not as pictured. Not really much for children to do in the beach area. You cannot swim in the area they have closed off. Breakfast was nice. Staff very nice. But management sucks...

“This resort was very nice. My kids were able to hangout in the pool while we could get drinks and food. The sunsets from the beach are also amazing. Definitely recommend for families!”

“Staff wasn’t trained when we arrived and couldn’t provide any assistance about the property and nearby area. Also we found a big nail in the master bedroom and pimple patches on the extra bedspread. Overall property is well maintained with good amenities. Little far away from the main Key West area but we liked the privacy.”
