“What a lively quaint listed accomodation. We were extremely happy with our rooms, they were clean and spacious. My sister has very arthritic knees, so it was essential it was not a shower in a bath. We both had showers, the only problem, there was a step up to the tray. however this was only a minor problem. a couple od little things, which I spoke about to the staff on leaving.The room itself had all the facilities that you needed, Tea and coffee was in abundunce, TV hairdryer, plenty of power...

Rang 111 with us, relayed info,organised taxi to ED,showed that extra genuine care by sending us with water and biscuits, made sure the night porter knew we would need access & checked in with us in the morning extending check out without us asking!
