We were made very welcome by Wendy and Lawrence on our arrival. We sat outside in the sunny garden with a mug of tea and a caramel bar. We had the entire dining room to ourselves. There was a great selection of cereals available and the traditional breakfast was delicious. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom spacious.

Lovely B and B

What a lovely suite of rooms in a beautiful rural settng. Mortimer Trail is perfectly situated for us to explore the heritage and gardens of Herefordshire. Wendy is the perfect hostess; helpful but not intrusive. Breakfast was excellent, the beds comfy and the ambience relaxed. Highly recommended

Mortimer Trail B&B is not your usual B&B, it is so much more than what you would expect. The homely environment which is very spacious and well presented can't be fully appreciated by only staying for one night. It is not just a bedroom but a suite including a large bathroom and sitting / dining room with breath taking views beyond the Herefordshire countryside. This is not just value for money, it is an experience you won't forget.

Beautiful bed and breakfast

This B/B is in a lovely setting near Croft Castle the village being Mrotimer's Cross. It was not the easiest of places to find being well out in the country. Wendy the owner had everything ready and I was greeted by two excited dogs and a very playful cat. I was taking part in a Medieval re-enactment and she came and collected me late at night, which was really very good of her. I had two nights there and am likely to book for next year.
