Great location, hard pass on the rest
This is listed as a hotel, but it’s in fact very small studio apartments. There are no pools or laundry, and when asked we’re told “they’re under maintenance” which in hindsight is listed in most other reviews. The mini fridge didn’t work, there was no soap on the hotel room shower or bath.

This aparthotel does not match the description advertised. It had few of the amenities listed including no baggage storage and no pool. The property is on the very edge of El Chapinero and the area felt unsafe at night. We would not stay here again or recommend it to other guests.
