I was very pleasantly surprised with my whole experience with this apartment hotel. The rooms are very new and adequate space with a nice kitchen and all the kitchen supplies. The check in is easy and the digital keypad works really great. The area is very nice and quiet, but close enough to walk 5 to 10 minutes to nice restaurants. There is a nice French cafe next door. There is a nice rooftop lounge area. How a disappointing part is? The gym was not much of a gym, only treadmill and bikes and no weights. I highly recommend this place as it is a great value and a great area to stay in Zona T

Apartment was very clean and had everything you might need to be comfortable. Staff were very polite, helpful and accommodating. The location is very convenient with restaurants and stores at a walking distance. I will definitely recommend Art Homes!

What's NOT to like?! Art Homes 85 is located within walking distance of retail and restaurants. It's extremely safe, with 24/7 security you must engage security every time you come and go. Art Homes 85 provides every comfort: kitchenette, work space, dining area, comfortable bed and bathroom. I would stay here again and again !

Nice apartment, but definitely not a hotel

Very nice apartment, clean, comfortable and good location. The check in was very confusing and I would not recommend it, if you don’t speak Spanish. Also it was not allowed to have guests past 11pm and they needed to check in with the security - not something I would normally consider when booking a place.
