Terrible Hotel and Horrible Staff

Terrible and Rude Staff. The rooms smelled, there is no ventilation. Rooms are super small, no room for luggage or to walk around. The staff will make sure your stay is miserable one. Trust me, spend a little more, and find another hotel.

not close to the airport as the website says

we took this hotel as we're looking for a hotel close to the airport. the hotel is about 45min ride from the airport, the bathroom was filthy and the lady there was slow and "asleep". although the food was simple but good

Good location

The price i got from Expedia said it included taxes. At check in i was told that it did not include taxes and i had to pay the taxes on my stay and that it had to be in cash. Credit card would also cost more, about 9 dollars more per night. The room was reasonably clean but outdated. Breakfast that was included was dissapointing; one egg and plain piece of white bread with coffe filled with grinds.

hice mi reserva por un valor, al llegar al hotel me cobraron casi 25 USD más, que porque ellos manejan precio distinto y eso no lo muestra la página (Soy usuario Silver de Hotels y nunca me paso algo similar), por el mismo valor pague mucho más hotel, y me hospede en el TRYP a una cuadra de allí, me molesto mucho eso y preferí cambiar de hotel, no hay personal profesional en este hotel, casi me dan una habitación ya reservada por otra persona, no es muy seguro el hotel, huele algo viejo y húmedo aunque La decoración es buena

Casa-Hotel con excelente servicio

El hotel esta cerca de la fundación Santa fe de Bogota. El servicio fue muy bueno, es un hotel hogareño y familiar. La administradora estubo muy atenta durante toda nuestra estadía, se preocupa por ofrecernos siempre un buen servicio. Restaurantes cerca, asi como centros comerciales, clinicas y farmacias. El hotel y sus habitaciones muy bien aseadas.
