El servicio del hotel fue bueno, muy cordiales, la habitación estaba limpia excepto porque los colchones estaban sucios o manchados qué pues la sábanas cubren eso, pero si es un aspecto a mejorar, por lo demás estuvo super bien, el servicio de esta aplicación muy malo debido a que cuando realice la reserva me dieron un precio y en el hotel me cobraron uno más alto

El peor hotel

El peor hotel en el que he estado. Huele mal, las sábanas estaban sucias, el recepcionista fue grosero. No aceptan tarjeta ni dólares, solo moneda colombiana. No lo recomiendo.

No pudimos pasar la noche ahi

Ese dia mi esposa y yo trabajamos hasta tarde y fué la razón de reservar cerca del trabajo, esa tarde llamamos para avisar el check-in tarde. Llegamos cerca de las 11pm y el encargado nos dice que el pago debía ser en efectivo, cosa que ni en hoteles.com como tampoco cuando se realizó la llamada fuimos notificados de eso. El encargado llamó a la dueña para saber si podiamos pagar en el check-out de manera de buscar un cajero en horas de la mañana pero por teléfono ella se negó rotundamente, que el pago debía ser en efectivo y en el check-in. A esa hora (11pm) y en esa zona salimos a buscar un cajero pero no conseguimos ninguno abierto y terminamos pasando la noche en otro hotel donde si pudimos pagar con tarjeta.

Pésimo-le aumentan mucho el valor al llegar.

Fue pésimo pues al llegar te cambian el valor y le aumentan y lo peor es que no les importó que nos quedáramos a horas de la tarde entre manifestaciones,sin transporte y calles bloqueadas aún después de hablar por teléfono con la dueña a la cual no le importo ,no lo recomiendo pues está en una zona poco segura y agradable y para ese valor no lo justifica pues al entrar ya parece hotel de paso,recuerden lo que te digan las páginas sobre ese hotel no es el valor que te pedirán cuando ya estes ahí pues le aumentan mucho.

Working Safe Neighborhood

This is a great place in a safe neighborhood and although it's a little more expensive than some for a low budget hotel it is an extremely nice room with a private bath and warm water and no problems that I could see and the staff was extremely helpful in every possible way you are also very close to the transmilenio line you can get either the 72 or 76th Street

In this place we my family had the worst experience when we couldn't even get in to this hotel the owners are the worst owners I know they don't know what is customer satisfaction and they say that they don't do anything with expedia I don't know why Expedia list this kind of hotels when even this place don't accept expedia reservations very disappointed with this hotel and expidia reservation .????
