Llegué a las 12 de la noche súper cansada del aeropuerto y no tenían mi habitación cuando ya estaba la reserva hecha, estuve 1hora esperando a que lo resolvieran. Luego me mandaron a otro hotel y no tenían terminal para cobrarme y de nuevo tuve que ir a otro para que se hiciera el cargo con tarjeta. PÉSIMA ORGANIZACIÓN.

cargos indebidos y no respetan tarifas ofrecidas

me hicieron un cargo indebido ya que reservas con una tarifa y te cargan otra cantidad mayor a tu tarjeta de crédito sin autorización, cuando reclamas y dices que no estás de acuerdo te dicen que te van a reversar el cargo y no es verdad no lo hacen y que liquides en efectivo si lo haces te duplican ese cargo, no cumplieron lo prometido de cancelar el cargo a la tarjeta y reversarlo correctamente

When I arrived to Bogota, at the airport, I booked a room at this hotel for the sole purpose to rest for a couple of hours before my next flight. I had about an 10 hr layover. When I arrived to Chandalier Park, the front desk guy claimed he couldn't find my reservation. He then asked me If I was sure I booked at Chandalier Park or their partner hotel a block away. I said Chandalier Park and the guy said "Ohhh ok... thats a block away". So we left and went walking a block away with my bags, I figured we were going to the same name hotel but when we got there it was a different hotel name. Long story short, at the second hotel, the front desk guy tells me he has no availability. He told me he'd find another hotel and pay the difference in fare I paid; wasn't apologetic at all. Seemed as if I wasn't the only person that happened to. We got to the THIRD hotel and I still had to pay the same amount I previously paid online.... out of pocket to get a room as if this was my fault. Sure was not the difference in fare that I paid. What a horrible experience just to get some rest; 3 different hotels! Beware! Seems like several hotels are connected with this Hotel Ad. They ended up taking me to Hotel Santiago Plaza.
