Everything was great food and breakfast, service, ambiance, cleanliness, transportation. The only drawback is the staircase to the lobby. For travelers with luggage it is tricky to go up the stairs.

We were extremely happy with our stay at this hotel. Everyone was very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast amazing and our bed was very comfortable! The area was perfect. Close to shopping and restaurants. We would definitely stay there again.

Thru construction was not a huge issue besides the noise early in the morning the place was amazing. Staff was above and beyond specially Mrs. Edna who help direct us thru the language barrier. I WILL be back to this amazing place.

The little jewel hotel in a very nice area.

This is an amazing boutique hotel in the perfect location in Bogotá. Excellent staff, gorgeous interior, walkable to everything that you would want to see in this beautiful city. Truly a gem. I look forward to making this my home in Bogotá when I need to be in this town. Highly recommend it.

I loved it. The hotel is very cozy and welcoming. The staff is amazing, very attentive, courteous, and kind. Some of the rooms need to be updated, but I know they are working on that. A coffee maker in the room would have been nice.

I stayed at three hotels on my visit to Colombia and this one was my favorite. Hotel is beautiful; it is old but you can definitely tell that they had been taking care of it to keep it nice. Staff is so friendly and helpful. Rooms are big and have all the amenities you need. Breakfast food was delicious and it had lot of options. Grocery store, mall and restaurant are close to the hotel. Hotel is located on a nice neighborhood, so you can walk and feel safe. Definitely would recommend this hotel.
