Pros: Very good price / quality ratio. Room is well furnished and clean, and easy to check in and stay. Cons: Hallway can be dark, Area is convenient but not the best. Bed is not very soft Overall, very good stay and good price. Will consider staying for long term!

The location is excellent, close to supermarkets, restaurants and transport. The staff are friendly and the facilities are excellent including the gym and laundry room. The apartment has everything you need for a long stay. The only negative thing is the luke- warm water for showers and the room can be a little bit cold. Overall, I loved my stay and I would return

Bed was very comfortable, the room layout was very efficient, complete cooking and bath needs, walkable to good restaurants, coffee shop at the lobby was very convenient, OXXO convenient store is right new door, my room was close to the main road so its a little noisy but I don’t mind, the picture posted was very accurate, checkin was very easy and front desk security were very friendly. Overall I enjoyed my stay and will come back again.

Ivin is amazing! I've stayed here twice, once in 2024 and once in 2026, and I cannot rate this place highly enough. On a pay-per-night basis, I don't think you will find better value anywhere in Bogota, and I say that having tried a good few places along the way. The rooms are modern, spacious, crystal clean, noise-proof and brilliantly equipped. The showers and kitchens are excellent. The views are also great, especially from the higher floors, and from the terraza on the roof. If I am back in Bogota, I will be back at Ivin.

This place is seriously amazing. It has everything you could want in the kitchen, is so clean, everyone working there is incredibly friendly and helpful. Even their AI messaging bot is the best quality I’ve ever interacted with. Comfy bed, hot water with nice water pressure. Fantastic gym on the second floor and a very large, comfortable coworking or lounge space. We loved it here so much we extended our stay a night. Highly recommended.

New, nice and clean property. Perfectly located just far enough from the business of chapinero, but close enough to arrive by foot in less than 5 minutes. Staff and property host was very friendly and accommodating. I wanted to extend my stay another time, and the only reason I did not was because the stiff mattress was affecting my back. I do not have back issues, but did experience pain after a few days of sleeping here. Otherwise, my stay was perfect.

The room was small and cozy but comfortable enough for a 6’4” man like myself. Everything was nice and neat. TV by the bed, small kitchen with appliances available, medium size fridge. Super cute studio apartment overall. For the price point, exceeded my expectations. Only thing is since I am tall the shower was a bit of a squeeze and missing a rack to place shower items. However, it did not take away from the steal that this place was. 24/7 security and 24/7 Oxxo store right next door. Definitely recommend. 5 starts well deserved.

Disliked: Communication
There are a few issues: no staffer speaks English, the apartment has constructive flaws that doesn’t block noise. They have cleaner doing cleaning at 7am to wake you up, and people party with loud music at 6am, then great noise 1:30am to not let you sleep while the apartment couldn’t provide any help. They also won’t provide any cleaning up service or you have to pay additional to change clean towels during our 5 days stay. Highly not recommended to family or anyone who is a light sleeper.

We stayed at Ivin 567 for over two weeks and had a fantastic experience. The quality of the building and the rooms for the price we paid was exceptional—really great value for Bogotá. The location is excellent, with plenty of shops and amenities nearby which made a longer stay very easy. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the staff were always helpful. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a modern, high-quality stay without breaking the bank.
