The room was small and cozy but comfortable enough for a 6’4” man like myself. Everything was nice and neat. TV by the bed, small kitchen with appliances available, medium size fridge. Super cute studio apartment overall. For the price point, exceeded my expectations. Only thing is since I am tall the shower was a bit of a squeeze and missing a rack to place shower items. However, it did not take away from the steal that this place was. 24/7 security and 24/7 Oxxo store right next door. Definitely recommend. 5 starts well deserved.

This place is seriously amazing. It has everything you could want in the kitchen, is so clean, everyone working there is incredibly friendly and helpful. Even their AI messaging bot is the best quality I’ve ever interacted with. Comfy bed, hot water with nice water pressure. Fantastic gym on the second floor and a very large, comfortable coworking or lounge space. We loved it here so much we extended our stay a night. Highly recommended.

New, nice and clean property. Perfectly located just far enough from the business of chapinero, but close enough to arrive by foot in less than 5 minutes. Staff and property host was very friendly and accommodating. I wanted to extend my stay another time, and the only reason I did not was because the stiff mattress was affecting my back. I do not have back issues, but did experience pain after a few days of sleeping here. Otherwise, my stay was perfect.

Almost everything was good. In a walkable area, in good condition. The kitchen was set up well. The only things were minor communication issues - I didn't automatically get the code to check in and nobody provided me with WiFi information. Also, the hot water for the shower was not that warm, so I can only give 4 stars out of 5.

No noise insulation or air conditioning next to a very loud area, so sleeping is difficult. The “hot” water was lukewarm at best, sometimes just cold. You get what you pay for I suppose.

There was no hot water for whole day and no one paid attention I had to shower with ice cold water. Then the other morning I had to call the lady to check the temp, she did something and said you can only get room temp or little hotter water because its a weekend the guy will come tomorrow and fix it by the time we had to checkout.

El espacio estaba limpio, ordenado y bien cuidado. La cama cómoda, buena ventilación y todo funcionando perfectamente. Se nota que hay atención en los detalles. La habitación estaba tal cual se ofreció en la publicación. Todo limpio y buen estado. El personal de recepción fue bastante atento y colaborador. La ubicación esta muy bien, cerca de restaurantes y muy cómoda para llegar a otros lugares turísticos de la ciudad. Las 2 cosas que mejorar: el agua caliente no tiene casi presión en la ducha y el internet fue de deficiente a casi nulo (ojo con eso que es importante)

Relación precio/calidad esta muy bien , en general muy buenas condiciones. Sin embargo vale aclarar que no es un hotel como tal sino un Apto y la comunicación no es para nada fácil indican que hay WIFI y nunca dieron la clave, fui por negocio lo cual fue algo bastante mal para mi pues me tocaba pegarme del celular con mucha inestabilidad en la señal.

Excelente ubicación, la zona muy segura y la habitación muy linda además de que estaba súper limpia, nos guardaron el equipaje ya que llegamos muy temprano, pero eso sirvió para poder iniciar el tour en lo que llegaba la hora del check in
