From the moment we checked in, the staff was incredibly helpful. The front desk associate’s energy was warm and welcoming, which immediately set the tone for our stay. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained. The hotel’s location was perfect, close to all the downtown areas and easy to get around. The surrounding area felt safe, and we walked around at night without any issues or concerns. Checkout was smooth and stress-free, and one standout touch was the QR code in the room that made tipping quick and convenient.
