I was there 4 nights. The first night the room was clean. After that there was no further housekeeping services. My trash was piling up, all the towels were dirty, the in-room coffee was gone, I asked for housekeeping services and got none and was told if i wanted clean towels I would have to go down to the front desk to get them. Front desk worker was very rude.

Everyone we met was very helpful, front desk, and the ladies cleaning our rooms. It was a little noisy at times due to construction, but we had been expecting that. This was our first trip to Boise and it was easy to get around. Lots of stores and shops near the hotel. Would have preferred rooms with common access door.

Breakfast was yummy! Bathrooms were clean. Check-in was pleasant and she was very helpful. Wi-fi . We stayed in a family suite. It had a separate bedroom for the master. It had a ceiling fan. But, there was no vent for the AC. We had to keep the door open to the other 2 Queen room where the kids were.

Hotel and room was clean and nice, breakfast was fine. When trying to check in, the attendant couldn't find my reservation. While I waited on hold trying to check the status of the reservation, she eventually figured out that my room had been given to someone else with the same first name, the last names were not verified. I was going to use the pool and hot tub but there was an out of service sign. I like La Quinta, but this was not one of my better experiences.

The website failed to tell us the hotel was under renovation! However, the location and neighborhood was excellent, you could walk to everything. A mall was right next door and many restaurants right out the front door! The staff was excellent, very friendly and extremely helpful. The pool room was very nice, spacious and clean! I would recommend highly!

The room was very nice and comfortable. The breakfast area was not well maintained and very messy at times. Could use an attendant to keep things tidied up. The pool and hot tub were closed for remodeling, which was very disappointing as Expedia did not have that noted on their website. The hotel was under construction during my stay, which will most likely result in a much needed improvement to the overall property - it's a little "old" looking. My husband tried to call me during my stay, but the staff did not put his call through, nor was any message given to me. Rather strange.

This location is undergoing major renovations, and it would have been nice to have been made aware of this when we booked our reservation. Our bed was comfortable. The room was clean. Parking was ok. Breakfast was standard hotel breakfast. I called the morning of our reservation to provide specific requests regarding our room location as I was unable to make those requests when I reserved the room. The woman on the phone was not helpful and unimpressive with her customer service. The young man at the desk when we checked in was kind and helpful.
