Terrific price and location. The staff was friendly. The room and especially the bathroom was clean, and the bed comfortable. The small pool was refreshing. We had to wait a bit after check in time to be let into the room; it was being cleaned. I suggest that the area around the pool be scrubbed a bit more, and the front entrance card key system needs to be used.

Horrible smell throughout hotel. Room not clean. Manager was good about refunding our money. We walked in and walked right back out. Decided to drive straight through 4 extra hours because was grossed out by hotel. Didn’t feel safe about parking anywhere near the area.

We arrived around 10.30pm after a long day of driving from St George, the manager was very helpful and friendly, explaining where our room was located and where to park, our room was clean and my son and I enjoyed a quiet nights sleep before leaving in the morning

The front desk staff wasn’t particularly welcoming at check-in. The building is old but it’s clean. The room was nice and the beds were fine. Unfortunately the pool was unavailable which was frustrating since it was one of the reasons we picked this hotel. Breakfast the next morning was nice with hot waffles and muffins. If the issues with the pool get sorted out we would be happy to stay again.

The outside of the building was filthy and full of spiderwebs and garbage. Dog poop all over the place. Then you walk in to one of the side doors and the floors are absolutely disgusting and clearly have not been vacuumed for who knows how long. The lobby was clean. The room was ok, it had an odor, the chair at the desk was completely just trashed, ripped and heavily worn. The desk or table had tons of scratches and larger gashes and was just completely worn out. The beds were very very springy, but the bedding was clean. The pillows are literally half the size of a normal pillow, we laughed and were glad we brought our own. If they just cleaned the place up a lot, it could be nice. But it need A LOT of deep cleaning.

It’s a motel, so you should know what to expect. The rooms were clean and smelled clean. The linens were clean. The beds were comfortable enough. It was very quiet while we stayed. The breakfast is mainly just waffles and some muffins, but the waffles were delicious! Staff at the desk was very friendly. Easy location.

I had registered through expedia and thought I was all set but when we showed up they could not find my registration. Thankfully the staff was able to give me a room at about the same price than I had been quoted by Expedia. Otherwise the staff was all very helpful, the room was fine, but the breakfast left a bit to be desired with no truly sustaining food (all fast digesting carbs...).

The staff were great. But it really takes a lot to get to your handicap room using a manual wheelchair. Handicap parking is in the back. You need to go thru three doors and a incline down to get to the hall to your room. Other then that it was good.
