We were here a year ago when Luis and wife were present and giving a superb and excellent service, caring for the guests. Loved the place then.
Now it is my last choice on booking or recommending this hotel.
This place may be now under new management.
At time of check in was fast and no issues since we were here before. We solicited SPA and massage services for next day by noon.
For breakfast time next day we were asking to have our breakfast on our balcony via...
"Generally, nice construction, scenic, bird watching possibilities. The room was quite hot; a noisy fan was provided. Hot water is ready for the shower, but impossible to control. The staff was mostly accommodating, though demands cash for extra services such as for snacks and dinner. A property making themselves available through 'Hotels' ought to be credit card friendly."
