Extremely well equipped, spacious and comfortable apartment in a very convenient and quiet location in the city centre. Stepladder helpfully provided to operate the skylight blind in the bedroom. Ideal for a short or longer stay. Recommended.

Great centrally located apartment

We had a really good stay in the absolute centre of Bologna. The property was very well kept though the mattress, whilst adequate, could probably do with replacing soon. The property management were very efficient and provided plenty of information to make our brief stay a good one.

Appartement bien placé, à quelques minutes à pied du centre, des restos, du supermarché. Ne convient pas aux claustrophobes car aucune vue sur l'exterieur => dans la cuisine il n'y a qu'une petite fenêtre au dessus de la porte d'entrée et dans la chambre une fenêtre au plafond. Il n'y a pas de volets donc pas de nuit totale (pas évident pour dormir). Rue bruyante en fin de semaine. La literie est confortable, il y a le wifi et même netflix! Attention, le prix payé sur expedia ne comprend pas le ménage (15€) ni la taxe de séjour (3€/personne/nuit).

Great apartment that is conveniently located.

The apartment was lovely and clean. Lots of room, and the kitchen was spacious with all the amenities. There was even the added perk of a washing machine. You were only a 5 minute walk from practically everywhere. We found lots of nice, local restaurants minutes away. The only downside was the apartment is not very sound proof. There is a bar/ restaurant at the end of the block, and there was a lot of noise outside until after 2 am.
