“Some rules would be useful to prevent people leaving the spa and entering the hotel lobby/bar and restaurant either without shirts, just an open bathrobe etc. Also with all of the meeting rooms there is no reason for management to hold meetings in the hotel lobby. Some of us are happy to forget all about work when on holiday.”

“No tea and coffee in the room pushed you to go and pay for breakfast and the breakfast was not very good. Had to put my bread through the toaster 8 times before it resembled toast and the bacon looked like it had been cooked over a heated argument.”

“Quite run down, bathroom had mould and when you stood in the shower then bottom of the bath flexed so you thought it was going to give way. Food in the restaurant isn't great, it's ok if you really don't want to go out but there are some lovely much better places within walking distance which are also significantly cheaper, the prices in the hotel are, in my view, excessive. Generally the staff were lovely but that isn't enough to entice us back unfortunately. It needs some serious TLC and if it...
