"Cannot say enough great things about my stay! It was my first international trip and I wanted to stay in a less crowded area by Busan and wow! Every staff member was so helpful and the nicest people I ever met! The language barrier didn’t get in the way at all and the room was amazing. Heated floors, super clean room (and cleaned daily!!), the shower was heavenly and bed was so comfortable. I literally didn’t want to go home!! Special thank you to the front desk who helped me call to book an appointment, my language skill got me by but not enough to book and my temporary sim card wouldn’t let me make calls. 10/10 stay and I would recommend this hotel for anyone. Rooms were super quiet, I loved the mountain views and street was lively! Super safe area and I had 0 issues. I appreciate everyone there <3"

"Room was great, spacious and well equipped. The approach was a little offputting because of the lift was covered in dust sheets during renovation works. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great place for us to stay as our son lived in the building opposite "
