"Room had unpleasant odour, the toilet area in particular smelt unclean. The photos are misleading, room overall felt run down and unclean. The air conditioning is managed via centralised control and fixed at heating, Busan has been very warm so I got little sleep with no cooling. The rooms are not sound proof - I could hear people in neighbouring rooms watching movies, showering, coming and going. This is a particular problem seeing as I was on level 6, and on level 5 is a bowling club open til 4am… Overall really unpleasant and I couldn’t wait to check out. "

"My time at the Lotte Hotel Busan was outstanding. They were able to provide great service all around. They were very accommodating and helpful when our air conditioning in our room was not working. Definitely will be back! "

"The room was ok not exactly the cleanest and it came with no amenities (there is a vending machine in the lobby to buy) so make sure you have your own items. If you are planning to use taxy/ uber may need to walk to main road as car access to hotel is not good. For the price it’s a reasonable "

"The building and the room as u would expect from a 3 star hotel. It clean and no smell so I'm super happy. The location is decent. Right across the hotel is a local market which have a lot of stuff to see and eat. It close to BIFF streets. Like 5-10min walk. I would recommend this hotel if u don't want to spend too much money on 4-5 star hotel just to sleep. "

The only thing I felt was missing was a slightly larger table or workspace for setting up my computer and work materials. Aside from that, everything exceeded my expectations—especially considering the value for the price. Overall, it’s a fantastic option, and I would definitely stay here again."
