Beautiful view of the bay from the dome. Very comfortable and clean setting. The cafe offers a variety of excellent meals for lunch and dinner. Visiting the scallop farm is a must, it is both delicious and instructive. Not much to do in the area, but we had a good and relaxing 2 day visit.

Salmon Bay is in such a beautiful area. We drove down from Red Bay, NL along the Labrador Straits, and spent one night in one of their Dome accomodations. Our meal in their restaurant was enjoyable, and we loved the feeling of sleeping under an open sky. The only problem was that their toilet for the dome was barely functional. Perhaps some more work on that aspect of the experience will make it 5 stars all the way !

I immediately fell in love with this place. Impeccable view. The staff was beyond amazing and made us feel so welcome. The food was deliciously delightful. The tent was spacious and clean. I had no expectations when I rented this site for the night, but it was my absolute favourite of our entire trip. We stayed at 7 different places on our route to Newfoundland and back. I will definitely be back.

Great experience Glamping in the dome. Very nice kitchen. Great view. Rather steep ladder to loft bed. Not for kids or elderly. Black flies are bad in July but same everywhere around Quebec and Labrador then. A can of raid would be appreciated to deal with any flies that sneak in when door opened Must try the scallops in the restaurant, delicious. I think this place is the most interesting and nicest accommodations around there .

Great modern place away from it all. It’s more like an apartment than an actual glamping dome with everything you could possibly asked for (toilet + shower inside, oven…) and much more. Liked the interior design. The view is spectacular and you can easily spend hours inside even when the weather is not in your favor or the black flies season is at it’s peak. And to learn about the scallop farming was a wonderful bonus.
