โGreat spot in Boothbay Harbor Maine. Walkable area to restaurants, boat excursions, shops and waterfront. Easy parking on premises. Check in time on our Expedia booked reservation states 2:00pm-4:00pm check in. We received a text message from the Inn manager letting us know check in was at 4:00pm and to send him a text when we were close to arrival. Other than the time difference check in was seamless and informative. Property manager was friendly and accommodating and walked us around the...
โAdmiral Quarters, and the Greenleaf are both very conveniently located. Although they are Inns that were built many years ago they are tastefully, renovated, and cozy. The Inn keeper, Jersey, goes above and beyond to make his guests feel comfortable. His hospitality was a highlight of our stay. He shared his knowledge of the area, places to eat, and things to do. He took us on a boat ride of the harbor area and had a fire pit with marshmallows and sโmores when weather permitted. We will be...
โNice property on the waterfront with an excellent restaurant. Boothbay Harbor is a New England town right out of the storybooks. Highly recommend.

โA great property in the perfect location. The view from our room was beautiful and the property is very convenient to all the major attractions, shops and restaurants. The staff is very nice and accommodating. The only negative for me was that the bathroom was very small, making hard for me to function, but overall not a big issue.โ
โWe felt at home from the moment we arrived. The property is so accommodating and has exceptional views of The harbor - our only regret was that we had not planned to stay longerโ
โWe enjoyed our stay at The Spruce Point Inn. The room was very spacious, quiet and comfortable. We had dinner and breakfast at The Stagg, and the staff was very friendly and the food was delicious. The views are amazing! I wish we had more time to enjoy the property! โ
โThe location was perfect; the staff was accommodating and friendly and there were so many wonderful places to visit both on the island and nearby. Especially loved being able to enjoy the heated saltwater pool in the middle of September! If you go, the Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens are a must. The Inn actually had some smaller gardens that attracted butterflies and hummingbirds. Can't wait to return.โ
โThe inn was charming and the hosts were friendly. Gave good recommendations for places to see and eat in the area. Breakfast was in a beautiful setting on the patio and absolutely delicious! โ
