It was a nice welcoming hotel. The desk staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was good. The bed we slept in needs replacing as it is concave. The room was very clean.

Nice overall, clean, comfortable and friendly cheerful staff. A bit far from the city centre, but we used the taxi and the car. We parked on the street, parking night was free and we were able to prepay in advance for 1-2 hours for the pay-parking which starts at 9:00 in the morning

This hotel is very nice. Overall clean and I felt comfortable in the hotel however, the shower was not very clean. Dark spots in the corners of the showers and it required a deep clean but overall a nice comfortable hotel. Room was on 7th floor and I had a nice western view. They could be more friendly at front desk as I asked for water the guy told me “didn’t you get water at check in” Not great customer service and they should tell customers about what is around and in the area. Overall, a great hotel to stay in and I would stay again.

Location is outside the city center where the sites are so you’ll need to Uber there. I paid around $15-20 each way. The breakfast buffet is average. There’s a food court next door that has odd hours but did have good food. There’s also a Carrefour next door which had everything. Overall, it met our needs and I would stay there again.

Very clean and comfortable hotel. The room and bathroom were both of a good size. Very modern facilities. It is close enough to the train station to walk, but further from the hub of the centre of Bordeaux. However, there is a bus station right outside the hotel's doors and gets you to the centre easily.

Loved location and new, fresh building. Room was standard hotel but very clean, quiet and comfortable. Close to train station but with view of the river. Wanted a North American style property to recover from overnight flight and long train ride from Paris before embarking on French holiday. This hotel met all my needs. Delicious buffet breakfast at extra cost with numerous hot and cold selections, fruit and pastries as well as a waffle station.

The staff was helpful. They offer a breakfast buffet for $22 and an express breakfast for $8 (includes coffee, juice, croissant, and sweet croissant). The laundry facilities are available. You just need to download an app and can pay for it with a card. There are bus stops very near the hotel, and there is a food court (Boka food court) and other restaurants very near the hotel as well. The hotel restaurant is open every day for breakfast and weekday for lunch and dinner. There is a walking path along the river that goes to Place de la Bourse which is a 40 minute walk.

A truly great experience with a two-night stay at the hotel. A beautiful and spacious room with a lovely view. Very friendly and helpful staff at the reception. A large breakfast buffet with good coffee. We had burgers for dinner, which were also excellent. It was great to have a fridge in the room, and that you can buy drinks and snacks at reasonable prices from the reception. The hotel had made an effort to highlight that the Tour de France passed by the hotel, which made it enjoyable to watch right in front of the hotel. As an extra feature for guests during other events, it could be nice if something was arranged where guests could meet riders or others when the hotel hosts sponsor teams, etc. We will definitely return to the hotel another time.

Excellent hotel. The staff were lovely, the room was beautifully clean with a brilliant view over the city, and the facilities were well maintained. Close to major transport links, a small supermarket next door. An overall brilliant stay.
